A: ScholarPack is for schools, academies and authorities. Developers/IT Support companies who wish to enter into a commercial partnership should contact us . We can offer lucrative partnership arrangements.

Q: I'm a school. How would I sign up?
A: Firstly contact us - we'll arrange a meeting with you to discuss introducing ScholarPack in your school. We'll handle the logistics of setup and installation and provide the hosting too. We'll give you dedicated support numbers/email addresses and be on hand 7 days a week to help with your setup.

Q: How would I migrate from an existing system?
A: Easily. Let us do the work for you - the process will be hassle free. Please contact us.

Q: Where would my data be held?
A: On our secure servers. We are registered Data Controllers. We don't sell, share or edit your data in any way.

Q: How secure is my data?
A: Your data is stored and transmitted using 2048 bit encryption. This means your data is secure whilst transmitting over the internet over a SSL connection. SSL is a protocol that provides an encrypted tunnel between your computer and the site that you’re viewing. We use SSL to prevent third parties from interfering with the information travelling through the tunnel.

Q: How is my data backed up?
A: We back up every database on a nighty basis. ScholarPack also provides an online backup facility that you can use for peace of mind.

Q: How do upgrades work?
A: We upgrade all schools automatically, usually on a monthly basis. Schools do not perform any upgrades themselves - no hassle.

Q: Does ScholarPack have a timetabling module?
A: Yes - a timetabling module is part of ScholarPack's core functionality. This can import from several different timetabling programs. ScholarPack doesn't provide a timetable creation module, but we can recommend several.

Q: How extensive is ScholarPack?
A: Very. We offer over 100 modules as standard, including Assessment, Behaviour, Timetabling, Data Returns, SEN, Reporting and Registration. This means we can keep a school's cost down as we can provide a multitude of packages that integrate together perfectly. We also provide a Parents' Portal and Students' Portal which bolt into the ScholarPack MIS seamlessly.

Q: How much is ScholarPack?
A: Please contact us for a quote - we prefer to customise a package especially for your school's needs. Our prices are extremely competitive, with no upfront license fee or additional costs for extra hardware/software.

Q: What if I want to change away from ScholarPack?
A: We are confident that you will not want to do this. However, should you wish to, we will provide all the support necessary to make it a smooth changeover.
