Cloud Hosted & Web Based

ScholarPack is hosted in the 'cloud'. Being hosted in the cloud means the school does not have hardware to look after and all updates are automatically applied by the ScholarPack team to your installation. ScholarPack is usable on any platform with a web browser as it is entirely web based.

 

Backups

Backups are handled by us too. You never have to worry again about doing backups using your own hardware. With ScholarPack we keep the backups for you. All the information is stored on our servers, giving you peace of mind.

 

Assessment

ScholarPack has a complete assessment reporting, analysis and tracking tool. ScholarPack curriculum enables you to define and manage all aspects of the curriculum and pastoral organisation. Students, teachers, rooms, classes and tutor groups can be maintained.

 

Markbooks

ScholarPack markbook allows complete control over student assessment. Each student can be configured with individual targets, colour coded automatically. The markbook recognises different key stages and can be shared between teachers too. A truly intelligent marking solution.

 

Students' Portal

Our Students' Portal fully integrates with the MIS and gives schools a powerful managed learning environment. Teachers can set homework through their markbooks, upload lesson plans and create content. Students can hand in homework online, view grades and much more.

 

Parents' Portal

ScholarPack Parents' Portal allows parents realtime access to their child's data.Attendance, academic performance, clubs, newsletters and reports are just a few items available to parents. Parents can also access 'cheatsheets', uploaded by subject teachers to help children with homework. Student reports can be written and pushed out via the portal too.

 

Attendance

ScholarPack will automate the way in which you handle day-to-day registration requirements, for both AM/PM and lesson registration. This eliminates the need for paper registers.

 

Census

ScholarPack includes a census module. It only asks for the data you haven't got - anything relevant that you have entered is automatically included. Setup and solve any issues or queries on screen and download the finished return - simple!

 

Security

ScholarPack is built using Python and PostgreSQL. Your data is safe with us - we're registered Data Controllers and use locked down Linux servers.
